Tea trees, with shiny white & grey paper bark that reflect the moonlight, illuminate Country. Bundjalung people were the first to know of the Tea Tree’s healing properties. They crushed the leaves and applied the paste to cuts, burns, bites and skin ailments. They also brewed leaves into tea for coughs, colds and inflammation of the throat and bathed in the healing tea tree stained lakes.
